Hey Mom! Chin Up, Shoulders Back - YOU GOT THIS!

Sometimes, all you need for someone to say, "Chin up, girlfriend, we got this, and I got you!" ~Uplift_our_Moms

We all have these moments in which we are down and have that girlfriend that's always there to cheer us on.  Even if you don't, I'm here, and I'm that girlfriend that Mom friend that's saying to you right now, you got this!  

It's easy to cry and give up, but it's something about having someone in your corner that can pick your chin up when you feel you can not.  Someone that can let you know that they are there for you.

But in the absence of your friends, of myself, it's okay to get a mirror and pick your own chin up! Because honestly, there are times, maybe in the darkest hours, where no one may be available to answer that call. 

So the next time you feel like all hope is lost, chin up, shoulders back, and continue like the boss you are!
