Your problem sounds like a vacation!

Never forget that your "BAD WEEK" would make a pretty good vacation from what somebody in this world is going through right now. ~Rigel J. Dawson

If you have teenage/adult kids then you can understand the emotional struggles that a mom can go through.  For the last few months, it has been really rough for me as the emotional rollercoaster has provided more lows than highs and it has left me in tears almost every day.

At times, I found it hard to be an encouragement for other moms, but I had to push through.  We are going through so much in the world together, and yet as Moms, we are still expected to perform with a smile on our faces without skipping a beat.  I feel broken inside, but me remembering that someone else is going through a time that is rougher than mine, helps me keep things in perspective.

This is not an opportunity to diminish the struggles that Moms face each day.  This is not an opportunity to not take care of your mental health and your emotional well-being because of what others are going through, but an opportunity to put things into perspective.

Until Next Time Mom Tribe, you are worthy, you are enough!
