Tipsy Tuesday: Just say NO!!!

I'm not sure about you, Mom Tribe, but one of the hardest things for me is to say NO.  Whether volunteering my time for my kids' activities, baking cookies for school or having a play date, I found it difficult to say no.  

I, of course, realized that I could not say yes to everything and the boundaries needed to be introduced.  I had to permit myself to say NO or, in some cases, HELL NO (in my mind, of course)!

So, the next time you are asked to volunteer for something, you have a choice, and you can choose to say no thank you and walk away.
